We continue our coverage of the 10th Annual Lone Star Throwdown with host Lonnie Ford giving us the rundown as the vehicles parade by. Not really a parade, just the judging is drivethrough and we are settin along the drive so we get to see a great 'parade' as the vehicles make their way to the judging area.
Lonnie grabbed part of the PSE crew walking by - Power Stroke Engineering is the title sponsor for this year. It is 'Cory the Service Manager' over at PSE, and we talk a little about diesel motors.
Also joining us in this segment is James Orsten, from Wilmer, Minnisota. James and his crew were showing his '49 Chevy that is mounted onto a 1-ton Dodge frame sporting a Cummins diesel backed by a 5-speed manual gear box. Add in a flat bed so that it can be used on the family farm and you have a unique combination that sounds really good as it rumbles by.
