We are live from Studio A of the Smoke and Mirrors Network in Sugar Land, Texas! Thank yoiu for joining us this week as we are proud to present our guests.
We first met Mike Quincy through the Texas Auto Writers Association, and have enjoyed his insites into the automotive world through Consumer Reports. This week, Mike is offering some tips on how to keep our vehicles longer, like into the 200 or 300,000 mile range.
We also have Richard 'Buzz' Smith joining to see what is new in the EV world and to talk about EV charging that seems to be constantly evolving.
Long time friend of the show, Angelica Brothers, Hagerty Insurance, pays us a visit so we can learn more about insureing classic vehicles. We even get into converted classic cars that are now EV. Some interesting things come out that might be of interest if you are considering a converson on your classic car or truck.
Once in a while, we get a chance to tour an automotive museum, a place that is getting hard to find. Today we visit the Four State Auto Museum in Texarkana, Arkansas, and get a little history and a tour.
Coming up later this month, it is the Hot Rod Tour of Texas - a three day run across Texas that visits some classic automotive locals. Vintage drag racing and a night at the Drive-in are just a few of then activities being planned. Bobby Sparkman and Jeremy join us for an update on plans.
It is quickly becoming summer, and people are already getting ready to hit the roads. Our co-host, Jeff Dziekan, spent many a year working in the tire industry and has some tips to get us ready to roll.
In our feature segment Michael Marrs is reviewing the 2021 Mustang Mach-E, the fully electric product from Ford.
