A JDM vehicle is made in Japan for their domestic market so not importable as they come new. However, in the US, there is a Federal law that makes these vehicles 'legal' after they are 25-years old. This has been the situation for several years - until now. Seems the State of Maine has decided to go against Federal Law.... Andy has more and the potential impacts to us all.
