It is easy to see why car wraps have become a popular commercial option for business trying to attract attention. It also seems that we are seeing more vehicles wrapped to change the color, or add a sepcial effect for show. At the last Houston Autorama, we talked with some young men that have been working on doing their own cars with a vinyle wrap - mainly as a cost savings effort.
So we went to one of the specialist - Gulf Coast Auto Shield. This team has been an award winning group applying a paint protection film for several years. Now that they have moved to a larger facility, it is a natural extention to take on vinyle wraps for reason other than i itial paint protection.
Owner John Gray kicks things off, and then he brings in the real hands-on expert who shares a few tips for DIY wraps.
